DigiTraxx is proud to introduce the legendary Danish duo Miro and updates of one of their monster anthems from their Hooj Choons days - Miro was one of the cornerstone acts in the classic house, progressive, and trance label Hooj Choons.
'By Your Side' speaks for itself. It's co-written with the legendary The Space Brothers - we are sure you can feel the melancholic vibe still is more then relevant on today's dance floors.
The stand out mixes:
First 2009 version courtesy of Danish superstar producer Michael Parsberg and his Norway based partner Flipside. It's already supported by Pete Tong on Radio1 and Steve Smart on Kiss fm. Their mix is nothing less than an anthem - monster hit alert!!!
Our very own Bailey brings it up to date with his chunky trance/house sound. For the tougher crowds, we have Uberphat, following on from his monster remix of 'Welcome To the Dance Pt3'. The deep & bouncy mix: Next up is Blow Out Records label boss Asle. He throws in the acid vibes with a dub, a vocal version and a radio mix.
The Late Nighter: Steen (one half of Miro) aka Souzz does his own update of his own classic. He gives it that old school Ibiza vibe (where Steen now lives) for the upcoming very very late nights. And the classic chillout mix: Danish wizz Dr. Illinton originated this perfect sunset remix.

'Welcome To the Dance Pt3'
Digi002
Release date: May 11th 2009
'Welcome' to the 2nd release on the recently formed DigiTraxx label! We are proud to present a brand new version of Des Mitchell's 90's trance classic, 'Welcome To The Dance'.
Almost 10 years after the original version hit the top 5 of the UK national charts, Des has joined forces with producer Christian Davies & created this awesome new version that's set to be one of the tunes of summer 2009!
This time around it has the added twist of a cheeky female vocal and gets the remix treatment from Bailey (UK), Barrington Lawrence (USA), Dan Rouge (Spain), John Dee (Greece) & Matt Oakey (UK). Latest addition: Uberphat's (USA) strong electro remix.
Early reactions to the all guns blazing original and quality remix package have surpassed all expectations with across the board support from the likes of Agnelli & Nelson, Dave Pearce, Alistair Whitehead and Lee Butler.
The Bailey remix with it's chunky beats and big trance elements is already getting radio support from Judge Jules on Radio 1, Big Al (Kiss Fm) & Nikkie Elise (Kiss Fm). Barrington Lawrence provides a big room progressive monster while John Dee's mix is a hypnotic, funky prog number. Matt Oakey's more laidback, summer vibe mixes include a vocal and instrumental version. Finally, Dan Rouge provides a mix that's more on the funkier side of house. Uberphat created an electrical storm in the truest sense of the word.
Des's career in music spans back almost 30 years. The legendary BCM's resident also hosts his own Radio show in Mallorca every Saturday on Luna FM. Fellow producer and DJ Christian Davies (aka Ibiza Knights) hails from North Wales and is an emerging talent on the scene with recent productions being snapped up by Media records.
All the ingredients are there for this to go all the way. Let the summer begin....
Bailey - EP1
Digi001
1. Shimmer (Club Mix)
2. Stylistic (Club Mix)
Already endorsed by Judge Jules as one to watch for 2009, Daz Bailey has been busy taking his productions to a new level since bursting on to the scene 18 months ago (along with label mate 'Rossko') with their re-working of Yazoo's 'Don't Go'.
Here we have 2 tracks for your aural pleasure; Shimmer & Stylistic. Both are very strong instrumental outings, which have been gaining an impressive list of Radio and Club support since limited promos were sent out late 2008. Judge Jules and Steve Smart at Kiss head the growing band of admirers and continue to support both tracks on their radio shows and gigs.
Bailey's style of uplifting melodic trance with a UK twist is sure to impress and get the juices flowing. With some exciting collaborations already in the pipeline and a number of new tracks almost ready for release, we look forward to what could be a very special year for Bailey and DigiTraxx.
I'll let The Judge have the final word as he describes Bailey's music on his Radio 1 show:
"Well I guess this is the kind of tune that reminds you as a dj why you got into dance music in the first place, its so easy to get on the conveyor belt of new releases and you get sent loads and loads of promos, in the battle to stay up with all the new tunes. You've sometimes got to step back, take an objective look and say wow, this one really does it for me as far as the hairs on the back of the neck are concerned."
I rest my case
